Hi! I'm Alexandra Hochguertel, a London-based design manager and visual designer speciaising in visual storytelling, curation, branding, and design management.
My professional journey has been diverse, starting with twelve years as an international fashion model. This experience provided me with invaluable insights into the fashion and marketing industries, honing my ability to create compelling personal brands. As a result, I've also worked as a logo designer for commercial clients, interpreting brand needs and values to give companies a distinct visual identity.
Recognizing the importance of understanding cultural and creative shifts in conjunction with managerial and organizational skills for business success, I pursued the Design Management and Cultures program at the University of the Arts London (UAL), which I successfully completed.
In 2021, I ventured into design management, offering guidance to architects and designers while assisting with design programming and project management. Currently I am persuing my masters in Graphic Communication Design at the Cetnral Saint Martins.
Beyond my design education, I'm proud to be the Co-Founder of The Filthy Fox Auction Club, a platform dedicated to showcasing promising art graduates from London's leading art colleges. Our commitment to supporting emerging talent earned us the 'Runner Up' award at the UAL Creative Enterprise Award in July 2022. In November of the same year, we hosted our first successful auction in East London, featuring the works of over 14 artists from various art colleges.
Fitlhy Fox is now two years old, we have in totall featured two auctions and the platform and community is rising.
Currently, I'm pursuing my Masters degree in Graphic Communication Design at Central Saint Martins, further enriching my creative expertise.
